Swish House “Late Cancel” & “No Show” Policies

LATE CANCEL
If a session is after 12pm, then members must cancel at least 6 hours before their scheduled session. If a session is before 12pm (at any time in the morning) then members must cancel by 11:59pm the night before that session. If members cancel within those time windows, then they will be marked as a "Late Cancel", and will be charged the credit used to book that session AND a $15 “Late Cancel” fee will be applied.

NO SHOW
If members do not cancel and ALSO do not show for their scheduled session, then they will be marked as a "No Show", and will be charged the credit used to book the missed session AND a $25 “No Show” fee will be applied.

If members cancel at least 6 hours in advance of a session after 12pm, or by 11:59pm the night before a morning session, then they will receive back the credit used to book and no penalty fee will be issued.

WAIT LIST CANCELLATIONS
If members are transferred from the wait list to a registered class within 12 hours of the start of class, then they may cancel without penalty. If members are transferred from a wait list to a registered class with more than 12 hours before the start of class, then the above policies apply.
